Our Philosophy
We believe God created life with purpose and order. Because of this, winning at work and life is not something we get to define on our own.
Truth is discovered, not invented. Freedom is real, but consequences are inseparable from choice.
We believe human flourishing follows an order:
- Healthy businesses that create dignity through work
- People caring for one another with presence and respect
- Spiritual renewal that only Jesus can provide — forgiveness, hope, and eternal life
Faith cannot be forced. Scripture calls us to be ready to give an answer to those who ask. That posture guides our leadership and investments.
Step 1: Do What Only Healthy Businesses Can Do
Work is holy. It provides meaning to life, it allows people to raise families, express their gifts and find fulfillment. Business excellence is a must to provide financial stability, growth opportunities, satisfying the needs of customers and working in a peaceful, well managed environment.
Faith-driven business owners and leaders are 'hardcore' about excellence in business as a stewardship to God.
Step 2. Do What Caring People Do
Beyond the basics of a healthy business, there are things that people can do for each other that impact the unseen soul. Taking an interest in a person as a person, being there for people in time of need, kindness, supporting life outside of work are all 'Love your neighbor as yourself' behavior that we can all unite behind.
Faith-driven owners and leaders are 'hard care' about building a culture that loves people as a stewardship to God.
Step 3: Offer What Only Jesus Can Do for Those Who Ask
Jesus offers to do things for people that we can't do for each other. He heals the brokenhearted, forgives, restores, gives new, eternal life, and enables us to love with His unconditional love.
Christian business owners have experienced this, but they know that many people do not believe or want to be asked, told or in any way coerced with regard to spiritual matters. So Christian business owners have resources available to those who ask for assistance in this area. The resources can range from confidential chaplaincy services to peer faith-group enrollment for prayer and fellowship.

Want to Go on an Adventure?
In this scene in the 'The Hobbit' Gandolf asks the Hobbit a question:
"Want to go on an adventure? ...It will be good for you and amusing for me."
Tolkien, the author, says that Gandolf represents a messenger from God. His question is the same question God is asking you. “Do you want to go on an adventure with Me?”
God seldom promises success in the world's eyes, but He promises He will be with you, and you will grow to know Him in ways you never could otherwise. 'All' it takes is the faith to trust Him with all your life including your business.
This is an adventure we have been on for over forty years. Nothing has been more challenging and rewarding.
