Frequently Asked Questions
This is a big decision. Where do you start?
We start by understanding the CEO's purpose for the organization. And then explore intentional caring strategy options. Then, we design a mentoring-based rollout that fits the purpose. We mentor the CEO and team on how to use the ERM™ program effectively. And as they get value, they roll out to the next team. This is not schedule-based but readiness-based.
What does 'mentoring based' implementation mean?
Mentoring is about 'showing' people how to do something, not just 'telling.'. It is relationship-based. Building technology is far easier than building relationships. For technology to be useful, the caring and the 'why' have to come through great relationships. The most important relationship for an individual in a company is that of their manager. Kingdom ERM™ is a relationship management operating system to help people be more effective at relating to each other in complex, growing organizations.
I already belong to a CEO peer group. Do I stop doing that?
Absolutely not. Programs like C12, Convene, and many other programs provide a depth of face-to-face peer support that is key to learning and growing. Our program is designed to help implement and extend your learning to the frontlines where 90% of employees are.
What can go wrong?
It is sort of like fitness programs; what makes them work is pretty straightforward. However, sometimes people are not ready mentally to make the commitment to change. We mentor you on your progress, and if you are not getting value, we will be the first to suggest you stop. We have no long-term contracts. We win when you win.
Remind me again what Kingdom Impact means?
The concept comes from the Sermon on the Mount, where Jesus lays out a vision for what life should be like if we treated each other right. Using a business for Kingdom Impact means being intentional about building a very healthy business AND having strategies for caring for people holistically (body, soul, and spirit). It is challenging, meaningful, and even holy work.

We Believe Some Things Should be Built-in Not Added On
Learning Built-in
Learn MorePeople learn by doing. So, we integrate the learning with the doing. For example:
- Basic leader skills ranging from setting goals to emotionally intelligent conflict resolution
- Flexible learning styles from self-paced to group facilitated
- Micro learning reinforce practices until they become habits
- Plans and accountability to assure training get done
- Embed learning into workflows like 'employee onboarding'
Business Intelligence Built-in
Learn MoreAdding BI architecture to an ERM™ after its built is like adding a basement to a house after its built. Here's why built-in is better:
- Results data from different sources is integrated with plan targets
- ERM data is accessible in one place
- Coherent BI accelerates learning
- Clear metrics align people
- One less set of technologies to learn and manage
- Make decisions faster
- Increase ownership and accountability
Help Built-in
We want you to succeed so our support is built-in. We believe support should:
- offer live conversation between two people focused on the problem
- Have self-service content for the do-it-yourselfer
- Offer one-button request to speak with someone live
- Make appointments when someone qualified is not available, so you know when you will get help
- Not be chat and email threads that extend over days and resolve little
